Shipping Policy


When will I receive my order?

In general, an order is processed 1 to 3  business days after the order is made. Once processed, the order will be shipped and an email confirmation confirming the date and tracking number will be sent to the customer.

Please note that for multi-item orders, each item may be shipped from a different warehouse separately, depending on the availability of the item at the warehouse and may be delivered at different times to the customer.

Orders totalling $100 and over qualify for FREE SHIPPING and handling.

Cancelling Your Order

You can cancel an Order before the Order processing starts (usually 1-2 working days). Please note that once the Order Processing has started, we won't be able to cancel the Order. To cancel your Order, simply send an email to cancel to within 24 to 48 hours of Checkout. We will refund the purchase amount back to your Credit Card Account. Failure to comply with this policy may result in a shipped order.
